Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Executive – Miami (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We are reputed company, a growing company specializing in staff augmentation. We are looking for a Business Development Contractor based in Miami, FL to represent us in the U.S. market and help us expand our client base. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and prospects. • Attend tech conferences and networking events in Miami and beyond. • Represent reputed company to potential clients and decision-makers. • Build relationships with CTOs, CIOs, founders, and executives. • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, and closing deals. Requirements • Bilingual: English (fluent/native) and Spanish (fluent). • Proven experience in B2B tech sales. • Strong networking and negotiation skills. • Must be based in Miami, FL. • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Compensation • Contractor role with a monthly retainer of $3,500 USD. • Performance bonus of $2,000 USD for each new client signed. • Clear path to increase retainer and bonuses as you consistently bring in clients. • Representation expenses (conferences, networking) covered.
