<strong>DIGITAL MARKETING & LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST</strong> Las Vegas, NV<br><br><strong>Salary:</strong> $45,000 base salary + commission | <strong>OTE:</strong> $100,000–$120,000<br><br><strong>Benefits:</strong> Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) with 6% match<br><br><strong>Work Setup:</strong> Onsite | <strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time, Direct Hire<br><br>Our housing community management company is seeking a <strong>Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist</strong> to create buyer interest for available homes and turn that interest into scheduled appointments for the sales team.<br><br>This role focuses on the front end of the sales process, creating attractive property listings, marketing available homes, generating inbound leads, and ensuring prospective buyers receive fast, consistent follow-up.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li> Photograph available homes and create attractive online listings</li><li> Post and maintain listings across Facebook Marketplace and other digital platforms</li><li> Generate leads through social media, online marketing, referrals, and community outreach</li><li> Respond quickly to inbound calls, texts, messages, and online inquiries</li><li> Qualify prospective buyers and schedule property tours</li><li> Maintain knowledge of available inventory and match prospects with appropriate homes</li><li> Manage follow-up and keep the lead pipeline organized in the CRM</li><li> Coordinate qualified leads with the sales team for a smooth handoff</li><li> Track which listings and marketing efforts are generating the most interest</li><li> Ensure marketing and prospect communication follows Fair Housing requirements and company policies<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience with digital marketing, social media, online listings, lead generation, or customer-facing sales</li><li> Strong written communication and ability to create appealing property listings</li><li> Strong phone, text, and follow-up skills</li><li> Ability to turn inbound interest into scheduled appointments</li><li> Strong organization and time-management skills</li><li> Comfortable using a CRM to manage leads and activity</li><li> Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable taking ownership of lead generation<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li> Leasing, property management, manufactured housing, residential sales, automotive BDC, or similar consumer-facing experience<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation And Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li> $45,000 base salary plus commission</li><li> $100,000–$120,000 OTE</li><li> Health, dental, vision, and life insurance</li><li> Short-term and long-term disability</li><li> 401(k) with company match<br><br></li></ul>,<br><br>
