Best Buy Business Vertical Sales Leader

As the Hospitality Vertical Sales Leader on the Best Buy Business team, you'll develop and implement successful business sales strategies. In this role, you will draw from industry knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of Best Buy Business to clients and partners, establish partnerships, and create a pipeline of business opportunities. This role leads a team responsible for the United States.<br><br>This role is remote, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop specific goals and performance expectations for your sales team and assess their performance</li><li>Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and recognition</li><li>Parter with leadership to create long-term goals and develop growth strategies</li><li>Respond to business trends by developing new offerings, services and distribution channels to increase sales. </li><li>Attend industry conferences and events to stay up to date on market and creative trends.</li><li>Work with other leaders to expand skill set development strategies and help recruit diverse, qualified talent. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>3 years of experience in business-to-business sales or military service equivalent</li><li>3 years of experience in management or leadership with budget responsibility</li><li>3 years of experience in new business development or account management<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, arts, science or related fields</li><li>3 years of experience in technology, A/V sales and installation, or related fields<br><br></li></ul><strong>What’s in it for you<br><br></strong>We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
