Auto Damage Trainee
Job Description:
- Provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident.
- Inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.
- Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
- Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
- Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
- Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
