Responsibilities

  • Develop carrier strategy to secure renewal and growth of commercial enterprise and retain participants for assigned debts.
  • Achieve cross‑sell, boom/retention targets and purchaser satisfaction ranges.
  • Create collaborative partnerships with sales to expand a comprehensive boom method aligned with purchaser objectives and worker benefit strategy.
  • Supply move‑promote opportunities and worthwhile sales and boom initiatives to Aetna.
  • Execute tactical components of the account team’s business plan for every patron.
  • Diagnose and address root‑cause drivers of provider issues proactively.
  • Develop and manage provider plans, find innovative approaches to demonstrate product value to customers.
  • Identify capacity service troubles and take steps to resolve provider issues.
  • Lead and mentor account managers to resolve simple and complex issues and expand answers proactively.
  • Control integration of customer and Aetna inner companies, ensuring smooth installation and securing agreement from key personnel.
  • Educate purchasers on Aetna rules, product statistics, and strategies, as well as enterprise issues and modern topics.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–4+ years of sales and/or account management experience within the medical insurance and/or pharmacy industry.
  • Travel required: 25–50%
  • Far‑off paintings experience required.
  • Upselling and pass‑promoting institution Medicare merchandise.
  • Revel in growing relationships.
  • Large or countrywide client account management experience.
  • Lifestyles and fitness license for resident state or must pass examination with 90 days of rent.

Favored Qualifications

  • Group Medicare gain account control experience.

Training

A bachelor degree from an permitted university or equal paintings experience is required.
