($75k-$175k) Remote Appointment Setter

RENU Windows is hiring Entry-Level Appointment Setters to join our team. You’ll work from home, make outbound calls to set qualified appointments for our closing team. No previous sales experience required, we train you.

What You’ll Do


  • Make outbound phone calls to introduce RENU Windows
  • Engage prospects in real conversations and uncover needs
  • Qualify leads based on our criteria
  • Clearly communicate the value of our window solutions
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the closing team
  • Keep accurate records of every conversation in our CRM
  • Work closely with the sales team and continuously improve

Requirements


  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Reliable high-speed home internet
  • Quiet workspace suitable for phone calls
  • Strong spoken English


Compensation & Earning Potential This is a commission-based role with significant upside.
